Our Story

  • 2004
    Jason Emmerson decided to use his customer service management, sales experience and technical knowledge to start EA Systems. With a clear vision to provide the highest quality service to businesses of all sizes.
  • 2007
    EAS start work with a national charity to supply telephone systems to their 320 sites across the UK. Support provided across all sites.
  • 2008
    EAS becomes a Silver dealer with Samsung UK
  • 2009
    A sales force push was a key stepping stone in growing the business and encompassing new products to the portfolio.
  • 2011
    The first initial versions of EAS Hosted Telephony were tested on the workbench at the office. Slow broadband speeds led to the launch being shelved as this would not have worked for our customers.
  • 2014
    Investment in our own billing platform leads to improved and more detailed billing. This also allows us to have a further sales force by providing billing for other comms businesses.
  • 2015
    EAS-y Hosted Telephony is launched with great success and is installed to many of our existing customers. The timing was important as bandwidth had now improved enough to cope with voice and data. Along with the cease of supply from two big telephone system manufacturers in the UK, the VoIP market was about to explode.
  • 2018
    The last conventional Samsung telephone system was installed by EAS. After having been a dealer with Samsung for ten years and installing for twenty years, the VoIP market has clearly made itself the way forward.
  • 2021
    Having organically grown the business over 17 years from a one man start up to a well established profitable company, we have continued to maintain our initial core values and ethics which can be seen and felt right across the company, with service being very much at the heart of what we do Archie, Jason’s son, joins the company in a very proud moment for the two.
